We accept **PNG, JPEG, and TIFF** image files. For the best print quality, your image must have a resolution of at least **150 DPI** at the selected print size. After you upload your photo, our software will check its resolution and alert you if the image quality is too low. We will not print an image that falls below our minimum resolution requirement. **How can I improve my photo’s print quality?** Whenever possible, upload the original, full-size photo. You may find the original image in your phone’s photo library, on your computer, or in your photographer’s online gallery. Does Still Novel ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship orders only within the **contiguous United States**, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations. What should I do if I made a mistake or typo in my order?
