The production time varies based on if you ordered a custom frame or not. The estimated production and shipping times are as follows:
Art Only (unframed): 5-8 Business days. (Production time= 3 business days. Shipping: 3-5 business days)
Custom Framed Prints: 7-10 Business Days. (Production time=4-5 business days. Shipping=3-5 business days)
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. This means that your print has been packed and is about to be collected by the carrier. Depending on what time of day your order has been printed it can take up to 18 hours for your package to be collected.
