What should I do if I made a mistake or typo in my order?

Email orders@stillnovel.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct information. Changes made to a print in your account dashboard will not update an order that has already been placed.

Orders cannot be edited directly after checkout, but they may be canceled without penalty within one hour of purchase. After one hour, your order may have entered print production. At that point, it can only be canceled for a 50% refund of the order total. For the best chance of correcting a mistake, contact us immediately after placing your order.
