Still Novel, Inc. (“Still Novel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, place an order, interact with our marketing, or engage with us through platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Still Novel is a U.S. company, and we offer our products and services to customers in the United States. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our websites.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Address books and envelope printing

Information you provide. Our addressing feature lets you enter, paste, or import recipient names and postal addresses, along with a return address. Only provide information you are authorized to share with us for this purpose, and obtain any permission required by law. Include only information needed for addressing; do not include payment details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information in address fields or import files.

Storage and use. Guest address books are stored in the browser on the device used to create them. Address books saved while signed in are associated with your account for reuse. Addresses selected for a card and any return address may also be saved on our servers with the project before checkout, and copied into cart and order records and production files, including print PDFs.

Processing and service providers. We use this information to maintain your address book, prepare previews, print addressed envelopes, fulfill orders, provide support, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Our hosting, commerce (including Shopify), printing, fulfillment, and support providers may process the information needed to provide these services. Recipient and return addresses appear on the printed envelopes and in the files used to produce them.

Recipient marketing. We do not sell or rent recipient address lists. Providing someone’s address for a card does not subscribe them to Still Novel marketing or give consent to use their information for advertising.

Accuracy and changes. You are responsible for reviewing recipient details, your return address, and print previews before approving an order. Import, formatting, and completeness checks do not verify that an address is correct or deliverable. Changes may no longer be possible once production begins.

Deletion and privacy requests. You can edit or remove saved contacts in the address book. Removing a contact does not automatically update or erase copies in other projects, existing orders, previously generated print files, backups, or service-provider records. Reopening a saved project may restore its recipients to your address book. We may retain records needed to fulfill and support orders, address disputes or misuse, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact support@stillnovel.com. Recipients may also contact us without having a Still Novel account; we may need information to locate the records and verify the request.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain personal information — such as device and cookie identifiers and browsing activity — with advertising partners so that we can show you relevant ads and measure how they perform. Several U.S. state privacy laws define this kind of sharing as a “sale” or a “share.” You can opt out at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer — see Section 6.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

• Shipping and logistics companies

• Advertising and analytics services (e.g., Meta, Google)

• Email, SMS, and customer service platforms

All third-party partners are required to protect your data and only use it as necessary to provide services to Still Novel.

5. Meta Platforms and Advertising

If you interact with our content or ads on Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta platforms, we may receive:

• Ad performance and engagement data (clicks, purchases, views)

• Website visit data collected via Meta Pixel

• Your public profile data (if you log in with Facebook or Instagram)

We use this data to improve ad targeting and understand customer interests. You can view Meta’s privacy policy on their website.

6. Cookies, Tracking, and Your Privacy Choices

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our websites. They fall into three groups:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in and keeping items in your cart. These cannot be turned off.

• Analytics — help us understand how our sites are used so we can improve them.

• Advertising and marketing — used to show you relevant ads, send marketing messages, and measure how they perform. These include the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, Attentive, and Outbrain.

Some site features rely on other providers that set their own cookies when you use them — for example our product reviews (Yotpo) and our customer support chat.

Your Privacy Choices. You can opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing or sale of your personal information at any time by selecting “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of any page on stillnovel.com or my.stillnovel.com. Opting out turns off our advertising cookies and pixels and stops us from sharing your browsing activity with advertising partners.

Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out, and targeted advertising is turned off automatically.

How your choice is saved. Your choice is stored in a cookie on the browser and device you used to make it. If you use a different browser or device, or clear your cookies, you will need to make the choice again.

Opting out does not affect strictly necessary or analytics cookies, and it does not change your ability to browse our sites or place an order. It applies going forward and does not delete information already shared with advertising partners. To request deletion, email support@stillnovel.com.

7. Visitors From Outside the United States

Our websites are intended for people located in the United States, and we do not market our products or services outside the United States. If you access our websites from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Several U.S. states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others — give their residents specific rights over personal information. This section supplements the information above and explains those rights and how to use them.

Your rights. Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose

• Access a copy of your personal information in a portable format

• Correct inaccurate personal information

• Delete personal information we have collected from you

• Opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your personal information

• Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information

• Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

How to exercise your rights. Email support@stillnovel.com. To opt out of targeted advertising you can also select “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of any page, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. We respond to requests within 45 days and may extend that period where the law allows. We may ask you to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask that agent for proof of your authorization.

Appeals. If we decline your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal that decision by emailing support@stillnovel.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you may raise the matter with your state attorney general.

California-specific disclosures

The following applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California residents have all of the rights listed above.

Sale and sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share personal information — specifically Category A (identifiers, including cookie and device identifiers), Category C (internet/network activity), and inferences drawn from them — with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. The CPRA treats this as a “share,” and some other state privacy laws treat it as a “sale.”

How to opt out. Select “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of any page on stillnovel.com or my.stillnovel.com. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

Non-discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
