An “Order Processing” status means your order is currently being produced at our print facility and has not shipped yet.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order has been processing for longer than five business days, email support@stillnovel.com with your order number so our team can check its status.
